I'm a 50+ Canadian man living in Sweden. I've got two daughters who have moved to the big city to follow their dreams and I spend my days going for walks with my Coton Du Tulear Romeo and trying to figure what to eat today. I love cooking and I make everything form simple dishes to things that are more experimental.
I'll post Pictures from my day and what I've been up too and try to share some recipes for anyone else who wants to try. Cooking is a lot of fun. Too bad I haven't figured out how to make things without the calories.
